BAE Systems Maritime apprentices work with some of the
world’s most complex warships and submarines and deliver maritime
services such as training and modernisation of ships and equipment. As
one of our apprentices, you could be part of the team working on our
world-leading radars, for example, or supporting the Royal Navy’s
Portsmouth-based fleet, including the new Queen Elizabeth Class aircraft
carriers or working on our Naval Ships Combat Systems or Submarines
Complex Systems and Solutions.
If you’re over 16, are thinking about an engineering or
project management apprenticeship, our award-winning programmes may be
the career option you’re looking for. Our apprenticeships offer:
- a good salary;
- paid-for qualifications;
- full training and support;
- proper work where you can make a real
contribution;
- social and development activities to
help you build a strong network with others.
We’re an inclusive
employer and particularly welcome applications from women and people from
black, Asian or minority ethnic communities.
You can find out more about our apprentice and graduate programmes at
open evenings at
Portsmouth Naval Base on 16 and 17 January from 5pm to 7pm. Portsmouth Naval Base is a working defence establishment, so you must
register through the links if you want to attend.
For more information about our apprentice,
graduate and undergraduate opportunities see our website.
