Due
to recent successes and an increasing workload as part of our targeted and
sustained growth plans, we are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee BIM Technician to join our team in Cambridge.
The role is to undertake drawing/modelling
work on our structural engineering schemes, assisting with inspections, surveys,
administration, design and detailing under the guidance of our Engineers and
Technicians.
You will have a good level of education with A
levels (or equivalent) in science/maths and/or engineering related subjects,
good numerical and verbal/written communication skills. Experience in using BIM
tools such as AutoCAD/Revit or similar software would be an advantage. On the job training will be provided and
there may be opportunities for day-release training or further education.
