We offer a wide range of apprenticeships across our plants in
Oxford, Swindon, Hams Hall, near Birmingham, and Goodwood, near
Chichester. Our opportunities include Engineering,
Manufacturing Craft and Maintenance Technician apprenticeships.

apprenticeships. We have been recognised as being in the “Top 100
Apprenticeship Employers 2019-2020”; we offer extremely high quality
training to our apprentices and we give them access to higher level
qualifications. Our apprentices have the opportunity to make the most
of a number of benefits such as a pension scheme, generous holiday
allowance and a car scheme (for over 18s); and all those completing
their programme to date have been offered full time employment.

Applications are currently open and close on 28th
February 2020, but we advise to apply as early as possible. All
apprentices start in August 2020.
