ICAEW (Accountancy) Apprenticeships

Students might be eager to get into the world of accountancy or business after finishing school or college, then an ICAEW Apprenticeship may be the perfect route for them.

Why should they consider an ICAEW Apprenticeship?

ICAEW Apprenticeships are a great way to:
               Kick-start their career.
Study towards a globally recognised qualification.
               Gain practical skills.
               Earn while they learn.

They’ll develop all the knowledge, skills and behaviours that employers are looking for and it could be their first step to qualifying as a chartered accountant.

Which Apprenticeship is right for you?

ICAEW currently offer a Level 4 and a Level 7 Apprenticeship in Accountancy, and which one they choose depends on their end goal and their employer.

The Level 4 Apprenticeship incorporates the ICAEW Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (ICAEW CFAB) qualification. This covers the first six modules of the ACA, and is the first step to becoming an ICAEW Chartered Accountant.

The  Level 7 Apprenticeship integrates our globally-recognised chartered accountancy qualification, the ACA. After completing this, they will become an ICAEW Chartered Accountant.
