Alright, so the scoop is this… We set up Nestlé Academy in 2011 to develop tomorrow’s talent. Because we are all about the future, right now. The thing is, we’ve been around for 150 years and we’ve developed a global reputation as a company that never stops innovating. Ever heard of KitKat, Nescafé or Purina? Right, then. But, you have to keep sourcing innovators if you want to keep that up. And that’s what we do at the Academy. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. Talent is diverse, which is why we offer a range of apprenticeships to cater to everyone from school leavers to those looking at degree qualifications. And then there’s our graduate schemes, internships and 12-month placements: when it comes to fresh talent, we don’t leave anything to chance. It all adds up to a win-win situation.
