As the deadline for university applications draws closer, many of you will be thinking about alternatives to this destination. What if you don't want to go to university? What if you don't know what other options are out there? How do you find out more? When do you need to decide, etc?
At 2.00 on Thursday of this week, there will be a short talk (30-45 minutes) in the LRC to try and address these queries...and more. All Year 2, level 3 students are invited and teachers know that you may wish to attend the talk, rather than lessons(if there is a clash).
Andy Goodwin, Head of Progression and Careers Leader will deliver the talk, and will address all of the following topics:

- Find out more about Apprenticeships and consider them as an alternative route to Uni
- Advantages and disadvantages to a Gap Year

- What resources/sources of help are available to help you succeed?
