Degree Apprenticeship Opportunities with Morrisons

Now students don’t have to choose between starting a career or continuing their studies. With Morrisons’ Degree Apprenticeships they can do both!

While working with us and preparing for a brilliant career within our unique food retail business they’ll be studying towards a Bsc (Hons) Management and Business at the University of Bradford or a BA (Hons) Retail Leadership Integrated Degree at Sheffield Hallam University (depending on the Degree Apprenticeship).

Not only do we pay all course fees, give time off to study and pay residential accommodation fees, but Degree Apprentices also get to work and earn a salary while studying – so student debts are not a concern.

Corporate Degree Apprenticeships (Bradford)
Build up a good understanding of our business and industry by working on placements in areas such as trading, supply chain, HR, marketing, loss prevention and property.

Retail Degree Apprenticeships (Nationwide)
Learn about our store trading operations and systems to provide customers with a great shopping experience and to keep your store running smoothly.

Logistics Degree Apprenticeships (South & Midlands)
Joining one of the best logistics team around, you’ll be going above and beyond to help ensure millions of products are always in the right place at the right time.

Manufacturing Degree Apprenticeships (Midlands & North)
Join the UK’s 2nd largest food Manufacturer and help us to drive efficiencies and make millions of fresh food products whilst learning how to run production lines and lead production teams.

Balancing work and a degree course will be challenging. But we offer at least half a day leave a week to concentrate on university studies. And, in return they’ll gain full chartered membership of the CMI (Chartered Management Institute).

What’s more, they’ll have the experience needed to step into a management role after three years and become one of our future leaders.

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for resilience, determination and good leadership skills, along with the flexibility to meet the changing needs of our business.  Candidates will need a minimum of 104 UCAS points (based on the new UCAS tariff or 260 based on the old tariffs).

Deadline for applications is Monday 6 January 2020, but we would encourage an early application as Assessment Centres will begin in November.
