John Lewis Apprenticeship Opportunities

The Real Apprenticeship Company and John Lewis Partnership have developed a customer delivery installer apprenticeship  offering young people the opportunity to work at this iconic brand. We are looking for school and college leavers who are passionate about driving and customer service to join an apprenticeship programme starting on June 29th in  your area. This apprenticeship enables school and college leavers to gain a professional driving qualification, skills in home delivery and installation and to be the face of John Lewis with its customers. This apprenticeship opportunity recognises the impact of internet shopping and the need to acquire young talent to be the interface between John Lewis and its customers.

 

We are looking for interested applicants who have good communication skills and hold a clean full driving licence. In return we will offer them an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Driving Goods Vehicles together with the John Lewis Customer Delivery Installer qualification. Successful applicants will be able earn up to £17, 000 by the end of their apprenticeship programme. All apprentices will receive full training to drive heavy goods vehicles and develop their geographical knowledge. There will also be an emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service with all Customer Delivery apprentices taking part in John Lewis’s Much More Than A Driver (MMTAD) training scheme, giving drivers the skills and training they need to meet customer expectations.
