Volunteer for Cambridge is
your one-stop shop for finding out how to get involved in the causes you care
about, give something back and gain skills and is particularly relevant to
those currently taking part in extracurricular programmes such as the Duke of
Edinburgh award.
Hosted by Cambridge City
Council & Cambridge Hub, Volunteer for Cambridge is a city-wide
volunteering fair bringing together 75 of Cambridge's most exciting groups who
are changing the world for the better through volunteering. The fair will
feature a marketplace of charities, voluntary organisations and student
societies, as well as a programme of talks from high profile individuals and
community groups. There will also be healthy refreshments available courtesy of
Curly Kale Cafe and a children's activity area.
