UCAS information regarding invitations to submit essays, portfolios or attend an interview or audition

This year those universities and colleges that may interview or audition or request additional work, such as an essay or a portfolio, will be able to indicate through Course Search that a course may require one of these elements. In addition, a university or college will be able to send invitations to applicants online. If an applicant receives an invitation they must reply online using Track. They have an opportunity to accept, decline or request an alternative time and date. If they need to change the date they will need to do this directly with the university or college.Students will receive notification that a change has occurred on their application and should be vigilant in replying to the invitation on Track as soon as possible. Applicants accepting verbally with a university must also reply online using Track by the time and date given.
