Statistics show that anxiety is on the rise and in this motivational Learn Lounge session, award-winning international speaker Hayley Mulenda will be sharing practical ways on how to look after yourself mentally during times of uncertainty. She will also be sharing her story on how she took herself out of a place of depression in 2016 and how she has helped others to find their light at the end of the tunnel too. Hayley’s keynote focuses on wellbeing, resilience, vulnerability and personal development.
