After a successful start to 2015, we're now looking for an administrative assistant/ personal assistant to help take our hugely popular female only bootcamp to the next level.
We provide the women of Cambridge with first-rate health and fitness advice – but we need continued support with everything that happens behind the scenes.
Your tasks will include:
• Answering new client enquiries and doing email and phone consultations
• Helping to maintain the CambridgeBootcamps social media pages
• Updating the timetable of events and liaising between trainers
• Keeping track of memberships and general administrative tasks
• Organising one-off activities and workshops as and when appropriate
You should be:

• Well-organised, with good communication skills
• Eligible to work in the UK

• An interest in health, fitness and Nutrition would be advantageous.
* Knowledge of 'Infusion Soft' and 'Team Up' would also be desirable although training will be given.
* Excellent written / administrative skills
* Able to have an awareness of female related health issues.
* Representing the Cambridge Bootcamps brand
* Confidential and discreet.
The position will be part-time and could be carried out from home, around your existing commitments - we see this suiting a parent with school-age children or a freelance professional assistant with multiple clients. The position will be paid hourly at £8 per hour.
Please note this is a fairly new position at Cambridge Bootcamps, so the role is likely to evolve quickly depending on your capabilities with more hours potentially available to the right person. We will start with 8-10 hours per week initially.
Please apply with your CV and covering letter explaining why you'd be perfect to work with Cambridge Bootcamps - unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted.
