Student Finance England available for advice in College today

We are delighted to welcome Lester Pearson of Student Finance England to college today.  He is more than happy to answer any financial queries about University and he can be located by the main LRC Reception desk between 10.30 and 3.00.

Just a quick reminder to all Year 2 students who are thinking about university - we have Katherine Norry of Student Finance England delivering a talk in D3 (the Conference Room in D Block) at 12.25 - 1.50 today.  First come, first served for places.

Student Finance England

On Wednesday this week, the 7^th November, we will be having a representative from Student Finance England come to give a presentation in Room D3 between 12:25 and 1:50 on the increase in tuition costs from September 2012, the financial support available for students and the repayment structure. This will provide students with the information required to make key decisions about their future.  There is limited room for the presentation, so we advise your students to turn up in good time to get a seat.  If students aren’t able to attend, there are representatives to answer their questions via email and telephone.  Details on how to contact a member of their team are below.

Student Finance for University - The Deadline Approaches!

The deadline for new students to apply for financial support at University is fast approaching.

31st May 2011 is the date you need to have submitted your application by, even if you have yet to secure a confirmed place.  That's right, you can apply now and let Student Finance England know later on if your course or circumstances change.
