Apply now!   This summer The ONE Group is partnering with First Intuition for the third year running to give young financial hopefuls the opportunity to kick start a career in Finance. The AAT access course will take place on the W/C 7th of August 2017 Hills Road, Cambridge, consisting of 4 days training and an exam at just £100. After completion of this 5-day course with First Intuition, our specialist recruitment consultants will be placing you in 2 weeks’ work experience with some of our highest profile companies on W/C 14th August 2017. What is it an AAT access course? The AAT Accounting Qualification is highly respected and gives students all the technical skills they need to embark on a career in finance. The AAT Access course will cover four units: 1)     Accounting in a professional environment 2)     Creating business documents 3)     Essential accounting procedures 4)     Mathematics for accounting Including business scenarios and games. Work Experience After completing the full 5 days of the course you will be placed into 2 weeks’ work experience with an employer based in Cambridge or within 10 miles of Cambridge by one of our specialist Finance consultants. This will give you an opportunity to gain vital skills and experience within a finance team and a greater understanding and appreciation of a career in accountancy, helping to make key decisions about your future. When? Where? The weeks training will be W/C 7th of August 2017 at First Intuition 35 Hills Road, Cambridge, CB2 1NT To apply, you must be; At least 16 years of age and no more than 19 years of age on the 7th August 2017; They should have a keen interest in a career in Finance, Accountancy and/or Business Be available to attend the training and work experience from the end of July to the middle of Augus Be capable logistically of getting to the training and work experience (considerations based on home address and potential commute will be made when allocating students to placements. News just in for a AAT (Accountancy Trainee) vacancy
