Due to recent successes and an increasing workload as part of our targeted and sustained growth plans, we are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee BIM Technician to join our team in Cambridge.

The role is to undertake drawing/modelling work on our structural engineering schemes, assisting with inspections, surveys, administration, design and detailing under the guidance of our Engineers and Technicians.

 

You will have a good level of education with A levels (or equivalent) in science/maths and/or engineering related subjects, good numerical and verbal/written communication skills. Experience in using BIM tools such as AutoCAD/Revit or similar software would be an advantage.  On the job training will be provided and there may be opportunities for day-release training or further education.

Pure Resourcing Solutions, an innovative recruitment consultancy based in Histon, is looking to strengthen it’s administration team by appointing a Trainee Administrator. Your role will support a team of Recruitment Consultants with a number of administrative tasks to ensure that customer service delivery is met on a daily basis.  Duties include:

Updating candidate records
Formatting CVs, checking accuracy
Supporting the temporary payroll function
Filing, photocopying and binding documents
Assisting with recruitment process, speaking to candidates, arranging interviews, sending out confirmation emails and taking feedback
Supporting the Office Manager with general facilities duties
Maintaining the office and kitchen area
Coordinating events in-conjunction with your team

This is a great opportunity to work as part of a busy team, supporting a friendly team of consultants. You will have intermediate level or above IT skills in word, excel, powerpoint and outlook combined with a ‘can do’ attitude.
