You could earn while you learn, both on-the-job and whilst studying for a professional qualification. Working at KPMG means visiting clients, helping them meet their business goals, identifying improvements, mitigating risks, and adding real, tangible value to their business.
KPMG360°
Our KPMG360° apprenticeship programme gives you the opportunity to work across a range of different areas within our organisation, for example Audit, Tax, Advisory and Technology. KPMG360° offers you depth and breadth of practical experience in work, coupled with study towards a professional qualification. You can choose to step off KPMG360° after three years and remain with the firm, or progress within the business area you like the most, and aim to transition to Assistant Manager grade after six years on the programme.
Meet Ann-Marie
Ann-Marie is realising her career aspirations with us. She joined as a KPMG360° apprentice last year, and is enjoying the flexibility and early responsibility that’s inherent in the programme. Read more about her experiences here.

The Apprenticeship Levy
4
Months and Counting...
As part of their drive to train 3 million new apprentices by 2020, in the 2015 Summer Budget the Government announced plans to introduce a tax on big businesses.
From April next year, the levy will make employers invest in apprenticeships, with the size of the investment dependent on the size of the business. It will be paid by employers in England with a payroll of more than £3m and charged at a rate of 0.5% of their annual pay bill.
The government has also said employers that are too small to pay it – around 98% of those in England – will have 90% of the costs of training paid for by the state. Extra support will also be available for employers and training providers who take on 16 to 18-year-old apprentices or young care leavers.
