Operations Apprentice (Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship)
The Operations Apprentice scheme will provide you with knowledge and experience from multiple departments within an award-winning manufacturing business. Your apprenticeship will include various rotations across departments, from factory planning, quality, supply chain, group sourcing and logistics, with the opportunity to explore rotations in other business departments.

Electronic Engineer Apprentice (Electronics Engineering Degree Apprenticeship)
The role of the Electronics Apprentice is to support the engineers, developing your own skills as you progress, with the goal of becoming an engineer. The role involves working within the hardware team as they design, test and fault-find a wide range of coding and marking products. Building prototypes; testing new printer designs; developing tests and test equipment; running test; analysing results and producing technical reports.

Championing social mobility: Degree-level apprenticeships

The Sutton Trust will be hosting a webinar for teachers on why we see degree-level apprenticeships as an opportunity for social mobility, our most recent apprenticeship research and our first ever apprenticeship summer school.
This interactive session will cover:
  • The basics of what an apprenticeship is, the benefits of a degree-level apprenticeship and where to find further resources. 
  • Our most recent findings on the impact that COVID-19 is having on apprenticeships, who is currently accessing degree-level apprenticeships and the barriers that young, disadvantaged people may be face when accessing high level, high quality apprenticeships.
  • An introduction to our first ever Apprenticeships Summer School, which is being delivered digitally this year for Year 12 students. Applications are now open and you can find out more by visiting our website or reading our teachers' guide.
This hour-long webinar will include time for questions.

Food Technologist Degree Apprenticeship
As our food technologist apprentice, you’ll join our delicious food team in a full time, permanent role as an assistant food technologist. You’ll be supported through a 4-year learning programme with Sheffield Hallam University, working towards your level 6 food industry technical professional degree apprenticeship.
Over the 4 years, you’ll cover a variety of modules, from food innovation management to food nutrition and chemistry. This’ll all be underpinned by work-based learning projects and on the job training. It's an incredible opportunity for you to get a real taste for our retail business, as well as gaining a degree qualification, and spring-boarding your career as a food technologist.
