Saturday 3 March 2012, 10.00am-4.30pm, at The University of Manchester
Information for any students who are considering becoming doctors or lawyers.
The careers conferences are principally designed for students in Year 11 and Year 12 (or Year 1 of our college). Other students, careers advisers, teachers and parents are also welcome to attend.
These events give students the opportunity to:
* Gain practical advice on getting into university and the profession of their choice
* Talk to university admissions tutors and university students
* Find out about the career and its specialist fields
* Speak with solicitors, barristers / doctors
* Discuss their academic options, alternatives and related careers
This event will provide high quality, focussed, unbiased careers information. As well as helping students to achieve their goals, our conferences give you a clear view of the advantages and disadvantages of a career. Students attending our conferences find them a valuable and enjoyable experience.
