Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Apprenticeship Programme 2020
Discover our apprenticeship opportunities in the UK.
At Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, we are firmly committed to developing future talent, and we are delighted to announce that our 2020 Apprenticeship Programme is now open for applications.
An apprenticeship like no other.
The Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, West Sussex, is the only place in the world where the super-luxurious Rolls-Royce motor cars are built. That’s why it’s the perfect place to share your passion for luxury and join one of our renowned apprenticeships.
We offer Advanced, Higher and Degree Apprenticeships in areas such as Leather Manufacturing, Woodshop Manufacturing and Production Maintenance.
Joining our programme is a unique chance to learn and develop skills at the Home of the world’s leading luxury car manufacturer, and to work alongside the best craftspeople and engineers in the luxury industry. Our apprentices have access to a number of benefits such as a pension scheme, generous holiday allowance and a car scheme (for over 18s). All those completing their programme to date have been offered full time employment, often progressing to senior supervisory, technical and management roles.
If you like making an impact, working in teams and are driven to succeed in your chosen field, then we want to hear from you.
Applications are currently open and close on 15th March 2020, but we advise to apply as early as possible. All apprentices start in August 2020.
