That’s why it’s the perfect place to share your passion for luxury and join one of our renowned apprenticeships. We offer Advanced, Higher and Degree Apprenticeships in areas such as Leather Manufacturing, Woodshop Manufacturing and Production Maintenance. Joining our programme is a unique chance to learn and develop skills at the Home of the world’s leading luxury car manufacturer, and to work alongside the best craftspeople and engineers in the luxury industry. Our apprentices have access to a number of benefits such as a pension scheme, generous holiday allowance and a car scheme (for over 18s). All those completing their programme to date have been offered full time employment, often progressing to senior supervisory, technical and management roles.
